WHO ARE WE?

It all begins with Maggie Chudik.

Maggie started out in the Real Estate business with the turn of the century, fresh out of a different industry within sales and ready for a change. She worked tirelessly for over a decade to learn the ins and outs of the business firsthand. She paid close attention to detail in every transaction, learning what did and didn’t work so that she could apply the knowledge going forward.

In that time she created a solid reputation, every year adding more clients that trusted her expertise who would in turn refer more and more people to her.

When she began to get outnumbered by the amount of clients she had, she knew she needed to bring in some help. Thus, The Chudik Group was founded.

TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!

The group has had a few different iterations over the years, even in name, but Maggie has been the leader and anchor through all of them.

As her team continued to evolve, she began to specialize more in home listings and getting homes sold while also mentoring the agents on her team who were working on the buy side with clients. Her leadership created a team that was, and still is, a well-oiled machine. Business has continued to grow more and more every year, bringing new needs with it.

THE LADIES OF THE CHUDIK GROUP

Catie Campbell joined Maggie and her team five years ago as a buying agent to help out with those needs.

Catie already knew the logistics of how Real Estate transactions worked on paper. Before getting licensed, she was working as an administrative assistant for Coldwell Banker for years beforehand. That’s where she met Maggie! With Maggie’s direction she was able to expand the knowledge that she already had and hit the ground running with her clients. She has found countless families their perfect homes in the years since joining and takes great pride in that fact!

She’s not the only one here to help though.

Jackie Spence may be the most recent buying agent to join the team, but her history with Maggie goes back decades— she was raised right down the street as her neighbor! After getting her Real Estate license five years ago and working on her own successfully for a few years, joining Maggie and expanding her team made the most sense. Jackie was able to bring her own expertise to the team, not only as a skilled buying agent but also well-versed in marketing and social media. Finding the right home for her clients is only one of her many talents!

Maggie, Catie, and Jackie make up the capable agents of the Chudik Group. They keep their boots on the ground while their administrative assistant, Kara Kirlangitis, is there behind the scenes to make the wheels turn and their lives easier.
