Coldwell Banker King Thompson
Located along the banks of the Scioto River, Columbus is the largest city in Ohio and also, the State's Capital. Columbus is surrounded by all major interstates that intersect near the epicenter of the city and is home to an abundance of local and national brands.
Home to the annual Dublin Irish Festival, Dublin is a suburb of Columbus and is located in Franklin, Delaware and Union Counties. The city also hosts the Memorial Tournament, an annual golf tournament founded by Jack Nicklaus in 1976, held at Murfield Village Golf Club.
Located on the 270 outerbelt, Gahanna is situated in Franklin county. Gahanna is home to the Creekside Blues and Jazz Festival, a three day festival celebrating Gahanna's rich history with Blues and Jazz.
Founded in 1809, the Village of Galena is a small community of about 680 located just north of Columbus, Ohio. Galena boasts a historic New England style downtown, with buildings from the 1800's and bustling restaurant and pub activity today. While the original village maintains its original New England charm, newer subdivisions are starting to pop up.
Located just south of Downtown Columbus, German Village is a historic neigborhood that was settled by German immigrants in the early 19th century. The historic homes in German Village are surrounded by local dining favorites, like Katzinger's, Schmidt's and Thurman Cafe. German Village is also home to The Book Loft, a 32 room book store, and Schiller Park, a 25 acre park in the heart of the neighborhood.
Located just minutes from The Ohio State campus and Downtown Columbus, Grandview Heights has a small town feel with big city amenities. Enjoy one of the many restaurants located on Grandview Avenue or pick up the Olentangy Bike Trail along the Olentangy and Scioto Rivers.
Lewis Center/Orange Township
Located between Columbus and Delaware, Lewis Center is a community in northwestern Orange Township. With this central location, there are many destination locations close to Lewis Center, including Alum Creek State Park and Polaris Fashion Place.
New Albany was recently named by Business Insider as the #1 Suburb in America, based on factors such as average commute times, median household income, crime rates and public-school ratings. New Albany is home to over 36 miles of leisure trails and more than 2,000 acres of parkland. Located between Franklin and Licking counties, New Albany is close to Easton Town Center and many corporate headquarters, such as Limited Brands and Bob Evans.
Located in Delaware County, Powell sits between the Scioto and Olentangy Rivers and is approximately 5 square miles in total. Powell is known for its historic central business district, featuring many antique shops and other similar businesses and is associated with the Olentangy Local School District.
The Short North Arts District, more commonly referred to as Short North, is located just blocks away from Downtown Columbus. This neighborhood runs along High Street between Downtown and The Ohio State University and is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, specialty shops and art galleries. The Short North is also home to many local events, such as Gallery Hop.
Incorporated in 1918, Upper Arlington is a primarily residential community covering almost 10 square miles. Located just miles away from Downtown Columbus, Upper Arlington enjoys easy access to the airport and the city's major highways. Upper Arlington is part of the TriVillage Chamber and is home to one of the city's best libraries.
Known for its charming downtown area, Westerville, Ohio is about a 20-minute drive from Downtown Columbus.
With easy access to major interstates I-270 and I-70, Westerville is located close to many metro parks and bike

Founded in 1803, Worthington is a northern suburb of Columbus, Ohio. A historic downtown with New England tradition, Worthington is a vibrant community with much to offer its locals.
